Tamil Civil Wedding Ceremony Photos at Baylis House in Slough

Sara and Anojan’s wedding at Baylis House was the second day of their wedding. They decided to have their civil ceremony and reception at the beautiful Baylis House in Slough. It was back in the autumn last year (yes, I know I am sometimes slow at publishing blog posts- but promise to improve it :)) The day was very warm for this part of the year and it started with the bridal preparations which involved Sara and her bridesmaids having their make up and hair by Bharkavy , getting into their beautiful dresses and then heading off to the ceremony.

The wedding ceremony was at the upper level of Baylis House and it was witnessed by their close family and friends. It was a very beautiful ceremony followed by some groups shots. I shot this wedding with Patryk – a very talented wedding photographer who helps me out from time to time. Patryk was with Anojan shooting his preparations for the big day.

After the ceremony Sara threw her bouquet and one of the girls was lucky to catch it, all this happened in front of the house. After that we had a short portrait session with Sara and Anojan and then Sara went to change into her dress for the evening.

They made a great entrance – Anojan in his suit and Sara in her beautiful traditional Sari. They made a beautiful couple. The cutting of the cake and the first dance were a very nice preludium before the party really got started. At some point Sara’s brother Gobi made me dance too, and I couldn’t say no:) hahaha
